Start at your inner corner and do little swiping motions until you get to the end. Then take it across your line you made to perfect itt

It took me forever to get the liquid liner thing. At first I would use pencil and then go over with liquid liner. I eventually stopped using pencil first. And 2 years later- sometimes I get a great winged look and sometimes it looks like crap =\. Buy like Courtney said, start off in the inner corner and make little marks as you go. You don't have to do it all in one swipe ;-(

Place your elbows on a table or a flat steady surface then while doing the line steady your hand on your cheek so it won't shake while applying! :)

Jordana's fabuliner makes doing a winged liner super easy. I've used a lot of different liquid liners and this is the easiest to maneuver in my opinion.

I use pencil first that way you have a guide for the liquid.
