Hey so I have been wanting to gain weight, but more on my butt lol and on my thighs...I just don't know what to eat and what excercise would help best? helpp pleaasseee ♥

Roller skate. I did roller derby for a while, an it takes whatever you have and lifts it up/firms it. Just make sure to skate in a low stance, like a mini squat.

I'm naturally skinny. I got a little bit to work with but I'm going through the same thing as you trying to gain weight on my butt and thighs. I've been taking in more lean meats (like turkey and chicken breast) and more dairy. a lot more milk than I used to consume for sure. and I try to drink organic whole milk when I can because it helps with weight gain much more than 2 %. but along with that I do squats, lunges, just about any butt work out you can do with weights almost everyday. you want enought weight so that you can do 8-12 reps per set. I've been doing this for 2 months and there is a huge difference. just don't forget to stretch ;)

Squats, lunges, going up the stairs, dips. Eating healthy and I have heard that your only supposed to work out 3-4 days a week. so here's an example of what I do...
sun- workout & walk
mon-dance
tues- workout & walk
wed- dance
and so on. Always stretch before anything!
you can also talk to a fitness trainer
