Best primer, foundation and setting powder for extremely oily skin?

The ONLY thing that ever worked for me was DeSlick by Urban Decay. I usually have to blot and add more powder after 3 hours, I got a good 8 hours w/o shine.

I have a travel-sized bottle of that! I usually apply before and after my makeup but still manage to get oily within 2-3 hours! :(
