A full fringe is a huge commitment, and sometimes are a killer to grow out :( I'd start with side bangs and go from there :)

No one rocks full fringe! I absolutely love how it looks, cute and edgy at the same time. I would leave your hair long with a long thin fringe. CUTE!!
