I have the naked palette and I seriously love it. I'm also half white and this look great on me :)

If you have cool undertones then you'll prefer the Naked 2 since the colors in this palette are more cool then the original naked palette. Which I feel caters more to warm undertones.
To tell if your warm or cool look at the veins in your wrist. If they're blue then they're cool, if they're more green then your warm. Hope this helps. :)

I prefer naked 1 in general. You'd just have to look at the shades in each palette and decide which palette flatters you more.
