HELP! I have combination skin. parts of my skin tend to be very oily, while others are so dry that they tend to flake! I have school & work all day so I need a foundation that will last at least from 8am till midnight. I want medium to full coverage with more of a dewy glow (preferably in a liquid). Can anyone suggest a good foundation from experience? MAC foundations vs. BB creams vs. Estee Lauder possibly? XOXO-AbbeyCaitlin.

Hey Abbey. If you have oily skin in the center of your face I suggest trying a matte foundation or natural finish foundation such as MAC Studio Fix Fluid (full coverage) or MAC Matchmaster (medium coverage but build able) foundation or even Naked Skin by Urban decay. Then follow with a matte setting powder ONLY over your areas that are oily (preferably loose powder if you want longer lasting oil control) I suggest Make up Forever Super Matte Powder or Bare Minerals Matte Foundation. This way you can apply a nice liquid highlighter or even spray a little MAC fix + to make your face look more natural but still controlling oil. For your dry areas be sure to use a good moisturizer and hydrating primer, use very little powder on those areas as it tends to make dry skin appear worse.
I hope this helps. :)

Makeup forever HD foundation is my go to. I'm a stylist working 9 hours a day under hot lights and blow dryers. I can swear by it :) I also have extremely try skin with oily tzone. Tip: after you apply your foundation use setting powder only on your oily areas
