Yesterday I gave myself a perm. I bought the kit from walmart thinking it would work but my hair is completely damaged dry and frail. when my hair is wet my ends feel like gelatin and break off in huge clumps
PLEASE someone help me save my hair and give me ideas I'm sp afraid.

Please dnt mess wit it urself.maybe you burnt it if your hair was already bleached.I want a spiral perm bt the salon says no cuz I've processed my hair and it will damage and break off.go to a professional and fix it.ul reget it if you keep doing it urself.

I had my aunt do it since she always does it to her hair. it was my first perm. my hair is natural. I just don't know what to do.

Sorry to say hon, but your going to have to.cut your hair :( I am a current cosmetology student and let me tell you I've had a lot of hair disasters! Go to your nearest professional salon and see what they tell you. Good luck!
