A half tank underneath, maybe a beige color. light but not too light colored skinny jeans with brown boots.

I'd wear a the same colour vest top underneath and some pearl earings with some denim shorts and maybe even a denim jacket and some wedge heels and leave my hair out with a wire hairband and tie a bow at the top or do a messy bum.
