Lid Primer & Mascara Smudging.

Hello,

I was wondering if applying eyelid primer on the lids, under the brows and under the eyes can help prevent mascara from smudging during the day? Because I have heard that oily lids can make the mascara Smudges.

I think it would work, it works for eyeliner.

Try a tubing mascara like Estée Lauder double wear which does not smudge. Urban decay eye primer is the best for keeping shadow in place

Having lotion under the eyes can cause the mascara to break down. You can also try eyelid primer underneath your eye.

Often people think its your mascara sniffing, but actually its your eyeliner. who knew? try one that doesn't shift like Mally. good luck x

If I put some lid primer on my lower lash line for making my eyeliner stay longer I might apply some lid primer on my lashes but If I wear mascara on my lower lashes the primer on my lashes can make the mascara to Smudge?

I wouldn't put eye lid primer directly on your lashes= maybe an eyelash primer, then your mascara.
