Denim button ups or jackets, loose blouses, or dress. Since leggings are tight I would avoid tight shirts because it will look a bit odd haha good luck :)

I usuqlly wear loose long knit sweaters and if there in neautral colors I wear bright/printed scarves. I pair it with combat boots and tons of bracelets/bangles

Leggings can go with about anything! (Fit wise) just make sure your top isn't too tight because you don't want to look too... Too I can't think of a word you know like showing all your curves. Some are okay but you don't want to look slutty. Please excuse my language, I don't like that word but I couldn't think of any other word. Wow it took a long time to explain that.
