I think the outfit is ok, but should complete the look with a cardigan or blazer if you have one, don't forget to accessorize. A bangle, a really cute pair of earrings and as for your hair... Its lovely, I do second the soft curls vote but I think you should do a side part fringe... I hope this was helpful.
