What I've always seen is that going lighter tends to bring out a lot of redness in fair ladies. You say your going for a darker blonde though, so you'll prolly be ok. You might want to go buy a wig in a similar color. Wear that around a bit and just see :)

You have a gorgeaus hair! I actually have natural blonde hair and it is not as nice as you would think it will be. Blond h aircolour is actually out.. but if you want it bad enough then you could definitely rock the blond haircolour also :)
