Here's my hair, as you can see I have got the same fringe as your desired look so here's how you can get that. Get your hairdresser to cut you a THICK, full fringe (this may not be what you want, but for the look you'll have to be patient) then let it grow for a few weeks and start sweeping to the side until its at your desired length. Then just ask your hairdresser to do some small layers in the top of your hair to add volume. This will take time, so patience will be needed! Also, when you have your desired fringe, you can trim it every now and again so it doesn't grow out, saves you paying for it at the hairdressers! Hope this helps x
