Can't really tell what hair type you have, but your face is lush so French plait would look good on you I'm guessing, or have you tried a sock bun? If you have really curly hair that won't work but it doesn't look very curly. hope this helps :)

You should cut it to about your collar bones, layers, a side bang, razor the bottom of the hair and layers, and straighten it. Probably part it a little over to one side as well, not down the middle. It gives off a tough chick/spunky look. Do it if you think you can rock it (:
