Are you setting your makeup with some powder?
Is your skin oily, combination, dry??
what kind of makeup do you use?
based on this I might be able to help a bit more.

Maybe using a facial cleanser for oily skin would help, try Clean and Clear's Advantage Oil Absorbing Cream Cleanser. The advice about applying primer to your nose before foundation or powder is very good. I use a makeup primer/setting spray from Victoria's Secret and it does the trick for me ,but I've tried Laura Mercier's foundation primer as well and I liked that one a lot too. I also like to keep oil absorbing sheets and powder in my bag for touch ups. Sometimes you just can't help that your face gets a bit oily throughout the day, especially if that's your skin type. Hope some of these tips help!
