Like clock work my face follows the same pattern ever month...a week before my monthly I start breaking out and then a few days after my faces clears up a good amount but then starts all over again. any advice on what would help?

I have the same problem...I have fine a lot of research and it might be hormonal acne...look up acne.org and/or skin regime and watch the video on the website..that grouted me out a lot :)

That is almost certainly hormonal. Birth control can help regulate all of the surging hormones and help clear up acne (and cramps, and PMS lol). Otherwise, a good skincare routine will help to a certain extent.

Vick's Vaporub! The camphor is an anti fungal and anti microbial. Just smear it on your pimples after washing up before bed. It is also very cooling and soothing.
