No, you can't wash them, add heat or dye them like Robyn said. They also don't have a great shelf life and they tend to look dry.

Synthetic will appear like plastic barbie hair... bc thats exactly what it is! as Pamela said, you can't do anything with em. Theyre good if you wanna wear them one night at a party or for a photo shoot. but other than that... they're no good.

Definitely not. they look sooo fake and don't match with your own hair. you also can't treat them with a straightener or curling iron and you can't dye them. I use extensions since 4 years and real human hair is definetely the best choice! :-)
