Can I just use concealer or do I have to do something else and any eye serum you recommend?

To completely eliminate dark circles here ate a few tricks:
1. Sleep 8 hours or more a night
2. Avoid rubbing eyes harshly
3. Stay hydrated! Many people don't know that discoloration of the face is caused be dehydration.
If these tricks don't help use a peachy tone under the eye, the pack tone counteracts to the blues causing the dark circles. Then apply your regular foundation. I hope that helps!

I like to use a concealer in my skin tone to cover dark circles, then apply foundation, then add a little bit of a lighter concealer to brighten up the area :) seems like a lot but it doesn't feel cakey at all for me! Good luck.

To brighten up the area consider going slightly lighter than your skin tone. If discoloration is an issue, just remember that colors opposite each other on the color wheel cancel each other. Ex- if the discoloration is bluish, reach for something orange or peach. If it is purple in tone reach for something yellow or golden and so on. Once blended into the skin and with your foundation, the discoloration will disappear.

Garnier Nutrisse has some really good under eye creams, and there are under eye brighteners, as well, that you can use for overnight. During the day, a nice concealer (I use Neutrogena) blended with your ring finger will hide the circles. Now, for any under-eye swelling, Garnier also has a little roller ball that helps out, which I've used with some success.
