When I was a paper pusher, Bath & Body Work's True Blue Spa Paraffin Hand Lotion is the only thing that worked for me.

I was using the body shop hand cream but it wears off too quickly. The hemp one smells awful too :-/

L'occitane 20% Shea butter hand cream, it's expensive but really works. I work outside all year and my hands feel so much better for it. lasts ages aswell.

If none of these suggestions work, try ammonium lactate cream 12%. it's prescription and smells like chemicals but it works.

Lush's Lemony Power cuticle cream can be used on the whole hand but I only use it on the backs of my hands. In case I ever want to open a door again :P.
