Tease the layer of hair under your top layer of hair,use a comb,its thw easiest then brush it out a bit hair spray it and repeat until you get the look you want! it takes practice!

Well I love big hair.Take a layer tease it eit a brush or comb.take a layer and front of that and comb it bk onto that ratted up layer.take hairspray spray it bt use a scarf to smooth dwn fly aways.it also depends hw big you want it.
