How do I grow long hair fast? I'm trying to get it long for the summer. I have a little breakage because I straighten it so much. How do I get rid of breakage and I heard something about mane and tail. Does it work?

Mane and Tail works wonders but doesn't really grow your hair out quickly. I will admit it does repair decently if its not dyed. Try making Rosemary water and use it daily. It helps.

Use Maine and tail!! You have to use the shampoo and conditioner. I've even using it for around 2-3 months now maybe? And I have noticed a difference in my hair a little! People have even told me that my hair looks a little longer

The best way is to get your split ends trimmed and not to style your hair with heat because it ruins the ends. Hope that helps!

@Melissa C. Yes prenatal pills do work due to the vitamins woman lack. Its mainly the Vitamin B complex in prenatal and folic acid to help the hair. I was taking it before I got pregnant in 2011 and my hair grew ridiculously. In one month I nearly had two inches extra of growth from it. But it works. Also Onion Shampoo (doesn't sound good when said) does help with growth, it just takes a process and girls want to just hurry and grow the hair. Haha.

A few months ago I started applying almond oil to my hair and then washed it off in the shower a few hours later. I feel that it really helped my hair grow; coconut oil is also really good. My hair is also much softer and smoother than before. I have been receiving quite a few compliments regarding my hair length since then :)

Also, make sure to use heat protection spray before straightening. it: prevents your hair from getting damaged.

Biotin, vitamin e and vegan hair products. never brush your hair when its wet, and when you shampoo don't scrub it like crazy. Your hair is most delicate when wet. Air dry. Heat protection spray and leave in conditioner. Check out the brand ion, they have great vegan products all around. Stay away from hair products with silicone in the ingredients.

Trim ends, use less heat, and eat healthier, plus drink lots of water. Coconut & Moroccan oil is good for it too

Trim the ends, wash often.

Mainly the only way to make your hair grow is to cut the dead ends and if you use some type of oil or anything be sure to massage the scalp.

How to grow hair:

1. MUST cut hair where breakage starts. ( not "dead ends"..that would make you bald considering your hair is dead instantly as soon as it pokes out of scalp)

2. CONSTANT hair maintenance and upkeep. basically keep it healthy with shampoo and GREAT conditioners.

3. WORKOUTS AND HEALTHY FOODS. what you put in your mouth ultimately comes back out. ( eat too much crap? get crap hair. )

4. BIOTIN!! healthy for your body and will help boost your results.

Remind yourself of your goal and don't slack off. and you will get the results you want. (:
