How do I get my bangs to do a rainbow arch thing when I straighten it like this?

When you blow dry it, use your free hand to push your bangs to the side while aiming the blow dryer at the side, using the air to help push the hair over. You might need a bit of mousse but t should train your hair to stay over. I hope that was understandable!
