can you cover up under eye bags with foundation? i have no concealer and i need something to cover them.any suggestions

I've done it , b/c I don't either , but I pat it on , don't rub , & it works .(:

Yes! Just apply your foundation as you normally would them just add a little extra on your problematic areas! (:

Yes you can, use your brush in a pat motion to add more if you need it. I would also set that area with a setting powder so it will not move throughout the day.
