Google :) that's where I get my inspiration from sometimes or a certain pattern.
Ideas:
Polka dots - for example on one hand do a blue base coat with white polka dots and on the other hand reverse the colours :) or do every other nail like that.
Leopard print - changing the main base colour.
Try blending - use a green a very light green at the base of your nail only like a little line, get a yellow and just touching the green pull it out a little then using an orange do the same but just touching the yellow. Once you get the hang of it it looks amazing especially with leopard print over the top.
Glitter? Each nail a different glitter colour.
