I do not like cover girl or Almay. They are definitely useless brands. Cover girls shadows are way to powdery and the pigmentation is awful.

I'm not crazy about elf... But I absolutely love their liner brush for gel liners. It's the perfect size & density to get a great cat eye.

My least favorite makeup brand is probably Covergirl.
why are so many saying e.l.f.? I mean I guess that's your opinion but I LOVE e.l.f. The only thing I don't get from them is face powders/foundations because I break out easily but their studio line products are absolutely amazing.
Wet N Wild eyeshadows, blushes, bronzers and nail polishes are probably the best cheap drugstore products I've tried.
Every brand has it's faults.

what works amazingly well for one person, may not work well for another...and what another person hates..another person loves. With that being said, the makeup that I dislike for my skin type is Tarte and Clinique. My skin does not tolerate the tarte formulations at all. However, I have clients that the products look gorge on. Clinique just doesn't do it for what I need in makeup and there isn't a huge variety of fun eye shadow colors. I'm more of a bold person. However, the line is great for teens or those with super sensitive skin/eyes.
