Ok, so I look at beautylish two ways, 1. My girls, millions of them all around the world I can share with, and 2. A place for us to enjoy and mentor one another. I missed a few weeks here in beautylish, but have been a member awhile, and have to say I am shocked at some of the comments I have seen. Ladies, being honest and being rude are NOT the same thing. I am especially appalled when I read posts where grown women are hating on our younger members. To our young members: there is a place here for you on beautylish, you are welcome. To avoid problems, be sure to post your questions and comments in the right section, there's one for everything. So I am calling all beautylish ladies (and sirs!), no matter your age, or level of expertise, let us support, advise, and encourage ALL our members. No question is stupid, no idea is wrong unless it is unsafe. I'd love to hear your thoughts below⬇

I completely agree. I am fairly new here and posted a few questions/comments. It seems that for the most part the ladies are very polite and supportive but there are some out there that are just downright rude. It is unneccessary. If you don't have anything constructive to add simply keeps your thoughts tob yourself. With that being said, the younger members should also understand that they should be respectful as well. There is no need to treat this site as a beauty competetion, complete with tantrums/ inappropriate comments when you don't receive the response you were looking for.

Lol. I am sure you are doing fine. I have seen some of your responses and found you really kind and helpful. To be honest I wish I would have tried looking for sites like this when I was younger. :)

You ladies are exactly the kind of example the younger members need! I'm so glad you're here (: it can be frustrating to see the same question posted over and over, I just try to remember that for many members, especially younger ones, it's probably the first time they've dealt with that problem, or they had bad advice somewhere else!

Oh and Jessica, I have these split ends :( do you think you can help me???!?! Lol ;) just kidding!

Hope you're both having a great day.
