I used to use makeup sponges, but it like soaked up my makeup. Now I'm using a foundation brush. But I heard using your hands is good too. Help.

Use a foundationbrush ONLY! Using your fingers or a sponge will make et uneven. Go on youtube and search on Michelle Phan foundation application. She will explain it better! Hope it helped! :)

I love my stippling brush, it's great for making my foundation look flawless. I've heard great things about the beauty blender but haven't tried it myself. I think it depends on the foundation you're using, the coverage you want, and what's easiest and most convenient for you.

I have tried a few times with a sponge but it doesn't apply very well. Currently, I feel most comfortable with my bare hands and I would say, it does apply evenly. May be I would buy a brush just for the sake of trying it but I cope quite well right now.

Using a foundation brush is better for me because the brush bristles give approriate coverage to every single pore on your skin
