Prenatal vitamins are great for strengthening hair and nails. They won't harm you if you're not pregnant and they run about 15 dollars at a drug store!

Opi nail envy. I used to bite my nails really badly, but only if they broke first. I haven't bitten my nails in over a year since I started using it. My nails just don't split and break anymore. It's absolutely amazing stuff and well worth the cost
