Yes. Unless it's virgin. Then you may be able to use a high lift blonde dye.

My hair is naturally blonde but its dyed red atm iv had it brown before that so been dyed alot i was hoping to get away with not bleaching it because it will ruin the ends im going to give it ago thou :) any tips??

They have special hair dyes at Sallys to go from dark to light in a bunch of colors. I went from black brown to magenta red. But you might need to do it twice. They tell u its for highlights but i use it as an all over.. its called Loreal Hicolors sumthen like that.Good luck

Be careful, they contain a butt load of ammonia and can actually be more damaging to the hair than bleaching. If you've got red under there you're gonna struggle moving it yourself and will probably need to tone it as no doubt it will go orange. I'd strongly recommend seeing a hair dresser, as they have everything available to get the results you want and can do it gently and cause minimal damage. Plus they can nail the melt effect so you don't get a line :) Good luck though.

you should try using a hair color stripper, and then using some kind of a toner (whether its a specific toner or just using a dye) to get the actual color. The only thing is that using a color stripper will take a while to process.
I think with all the coloring you've already done, you probably will end up with really dry and/or damaged ends...speaking from experience!!
