a countour is meant to bring out your cheek bones and create more depth to your cheek, which if anything will just make it appear thinner :) i use either nyc sunny bronzer or benefit hoola. make a fish face and run an angled brush with the bronzer along the line that appears in your cheek and then blend with a clean brush if necessary

Contouring will make your face appear slimmer. Contour the hollows of your cheeks, around your hair line & under your chin. If you want do one side of your face first & you'll definitely be able to see a difference. Check this video out. He has a chubby face & you can see the difference it makes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U7UzCWurDAU

Put a dab of concealer in the crease of your nose and smile more :).

Hi Shy, here is a photo of how I contour and highlight my face. I have used creme's, but you can apply a highlighting powder over the higher areas of your face such as your nose bone, cheek bones, cupids bow and forhead; and apply contouring or bronzing powder on the receding areas of your face, such as under the cheek bones and along the jaw line. The key is to blend, blend, blend! you want to make sure you blend the darker colour well, so that your face doesnt look dirthy, but glowy. :) Hope this helps!
