Elf has one, but i suggest to get the elf spray and also get the one for eyes from elf too, sets them both.

I use the ELF one and my makeup doesn't budge. No eye shadow creases, no cakey face. Even after 9 hours working (which includes steam from a dishwasher, being splashed by coffee, etc). Seriously the best $3 I ever spent.
