The ends of the hair don't have to do with the growth rate. Tri Ms are good when you see split ends since they only break upwards on the hair. Massage your scalp in the shower, minimize heat styling to avoid damage. Taking a hair skin & nails vitamin will help as well as eating a diet high in protein.

get Indian head massages and brush your hair twice a day. they both stimulate the hair follicle which makes the matrix grow:)

I was told to eat one cup of jello daily because it your body turns it to collagin and that helps your hair grow. I also take 5000mcg of biotin softgels 2 times a day and I use Garnier fructis Falk fight. it has Biotin and hair vitamins in the shampoo itself! my hair has grown 1.5 inches in the past month (:

p.s.
or doesn't matter if you use heat on your hair as long as you're using a heat protectant and the lowest heat setting on your tools. also using a boar bristly brush and massaging your scalp.with it will.help too because it removes all the dead skin cells from clogging and suffocating hair follicles!

Samantha eating jello is defiantly a myth! nothing can turn into collagen, and also hair is made of a protein called Keratin not collagen :) so jello defiantly won't work:)
