if you have oily eyelids, waterproof liquid eyeliners are the best! I've tried several kinds but essence black waterproof line is my go-to eyeliner.

Tarte Gel liner. Or UD eye liner (although I feel like i easily use up their pencils). Also bare minerals pencil is very good.

Other people have said it, but I can't recommend the UD 24/7 liners enough. Perversion is my HG black pencil liner, so so beautifully black and creamy

NARS stick eyeliner is amazing, I tried it out on the top of my hand at sephora, and I had to literally scrub it off of my hand to get it off. It stays for daysssss

Maybeline gel eye studio in blackest black looks amazing is creamy supper blend able easy to work with and stays in place alllll day and maybe even all night you can also use it on the water line and to tight line and it will not remove like other eyeliners due to ur watery eyes
