I'm currently taking life brand vitamin b 50 complex (time release)
if anyone of u know or are also taking those, what diff did u notice? what r they good for?
specifically I m taking them for hair. does it actually work?

I take it because b vitamins are good for breaking down carbs and fats as well as giving me energy.
