Do not put them in the oven, unless you intend to explain it to the firefighters when your residence burns down. Have you ever smelled burning rubber? That thick, toxic smoke is VERY hard to get rid of. Also, if you did manage not to burn the house down, the shoes and the oven would be ruined. Just don't do it.

use a hair dryer on the higest setting for 30 seconds inside the shoe. Then wear a really thick sock and walk around in the shoe, which should stretch it. Repeat both steps until it is no longer tight :)
