Whenever I do a smokey eye, it makes my under eye bags and dark circles REALLY stand out, it doesn't matter how well I use the eyeshadow or how minimal I am when I use it, it always makes my look tired and old!!! Help?

put concealer under your eyes before hand, blend in well and make sure to let it set before applying eyeshadow or anything! bags under the eyes is the blood circulating and its either a genetic thing or your eyes are dehydrated or you haunt got enough sleep!!!!:)
