A good, reasonably priced, tinted moisturizer?

Well I have always used only powder foundation, and I want to try a light liquid. I've tried bb cream and didn't really like it, So I want to know a good tinted moisturizer; preferably under $15.

Garner bb cream! It's really good for everyday look if your going to school or work or the gym and also helps clear the skin :)
