I have somewhat damaged hair. I bleached my hair and it became very porous dry and brittle. I haven't used heat on my hair in about two months and I'm taking biotin because I'm trying to grow my hair out. My hair is super soft now but still holds water more than healthy hair would. I want to start styling my hair again but I don't want to damage it again. What should I do?

Take a shower at night and wrap your hair in a bun and when you wake up youll have wavy hair. If you look on your tube for heatless hair styles or heatless curls, heatless waves, and no heat straight hair youll find a lot :)

Use a heat activated reconstructive- Kerastase- the best-before drying with a blowdryer.
