Not that im aware of, as long as it is tangle free! However, if you pull up wet hair in tight buns or ponytails it can cause migranes and can break the hair around your face. So i would keep it down or tied up loosely! Also make sure you dont have any strong hair products applied to the roots of your hair, they can get caked in the follice and cause irritation as you sleep.

I heard braiding your hair at nite so you don't get split ends.. Myth?

Nothing bad is really guaranteed to happen, but since hair is so fragile when its wet you are more likely to get breakage or split ends from the friction from tossing and turning at night. Hope this helped :)

It's all good as long as you dry your pillow completely afterwards and wash it frequently to prevent the dampness causing mould.

It's not healthy to blow dry it or straighten it in first place. I always shower before bed and go to sleep with damp hair. It's ok.

its okay but not all the time because since your hair is what and your head is against the pillow. its creating heat which forms little bums on your head that feels like pimples so yeah its kinda bad you can do it but not every night. hoped I helped you :)★★XOXO
