They seem to be in style this season. Any tips on what colors go together? Or how to do the dots at home if you don't have a tip?

I really like the pink & white. Or anything along the lines of soft blue, soft green, and baby pink. Very Spring time. :) You can do the dots with a toothpick but a tool would work much better. You can get nail tools pretty much anywhere that they sell nail polish and other beauty products. Make sure that the end of the tool is about how big you want the polka dots to be.
