You have really nice skin. I think you could pull off bold colors. Neons are in for spring. Try bright blues and purples to make your brown eyes pop

Are you trying to make your eyes smaller? If so put black pencil or crayon eyeliner on your top and bottom water line and it should make your eyes look smaller :)

Make sure you line your eyes with a black pencil it'll look some what natural since you have dark eyes and hair and it will make your eyes not look awkwardly huge

I have big eyes too and I do not like the smokey look on them at all. I use light green eyeliners. MAC pencil liners and the gel liner. I use the crayon in green and macroviolet in the gel. Really brings out the shape and beauty of the eyes without going too dark. For your style I would absolutely try the gel macroviolet liner from MAC. You're eyes are beautiful !

And the green crayon liner from MAC is PERFECT for your lower lids. I promise I have had the same issue. Rosemary and thyme is the color liner from MAC I would recommend. I also have their purple crayon liner permaplum and it's great for big eyes! Good luck
