You need to buy shampoo and conditioner that's mainly for strengthening hairs. Loreal everstrong is good plus its sulfate free and redkin have this conditioning treatment to strength hair & its good. Also garnier fruitis have a fall fight spray that I use which works wonders. These products I mentioned will help make your hair strong and less breakage.
As far as the thin fine hair, buy some hair products that's mainly for volume. It'll help your hair become thicker

If you're using a brush on your hair, switch it to using a comb and only comb your hair when it's dry! When it's wet it's must more fragile!
You could invest in a thickening shampoo/conditioner that help hair become stronger and thicker-like!

u should try almond oil...massage it on ur hair in the roots b4 sleeping and shampoo it in the morning...will streanthen ur hair

You may be lacking vit D. You should get blood work done to determine. Hair loss is a signal for that.
