Trim the ends when needed, healthy hair grows faster. Take fish oil, it comes in capsules. And horse shampoo like mane and tail.

Nisim FAST shampoo and conditioner. it doesn't have the best smell so I recommend a serum or some good smelling leave-in after your shower!

Get regular trims, using shampoo's from a salon instead of supermarket shampoos. If you have fouled hair try use treatments like moisture and protein treatments
