I think the wing is a bit much for someone so young, but it is really up to your parents. I would carefully comb the lashes to separate them, they're looking a little spidery. Otherwise, it looks really good, you're very talented.

Go a little lighter on your eyeliner by your bottom lashes. I think that's one mistake some tweens/teenagers make...most of them still have baby face, the bottom eyeliner can make their eyes look droopy. Other than that, looks pretty.
