How to banish those blisters?

I've ended up with really bad blisters on my heels from believe it or not a pair of trainers/sneakers. I cover them with blister plasters so they don't get any worse but they don't seem to be healing at all
Any advice?

I find this comment extremely rude especially since i have no fake tan on in this picture this was taken after i came home from 2 weeks in the canary islands, please leave your insulting comments off my topic pages as i really don't have the time to deal with jealous, horrible people

Wow Leigh's that's a bitchy rude ass comment grow the fuck up! You don't know her so don't judge. Even if she did tan that's her choice and deal with it. It's not you so shut the fuck up. As far as your blisters, I always treat mine as a burn in a way. I always keep mine moist plus it's helps with scarring. But I guess that doesn't matter since its on your foot lol
