Eyeliner on waterline problem!!!

Everytime i wear any other color other than white on my waterline, my eyes get red and irritated. Is there any way to stop then from getting red?

Try putting the eyeliner right under the waterline; under the bottom eyelashes! it still looks like it's on the waterline but it's not getting in your eye! I've tried this and it works really well!! Just try not to put to much on(:

some aren't suitable for applying on the waterline, it' really depends on the type. sometimes it says on the packaging if it can be used on the waterline but if it doesn't i would suggest asking before buying the product.

It's probably the brand or eyeliner itself, not the color. Look up an eyeliner before you buy it and look at comments/reviews. I really like the flirt! eyeliner wich is sold at Kohls and the Almay mechanical(or whatever the twist ones are called) eyeliner. They work good on my waterline!
