I'm only thirteen but im really interested in make up I want be a make up artist when I'm older and I want to start make some tutorials but I cant really afford all the benifit and mac and high end products like that is there any other good quality brands that ate affordable for a thirteen year old??? Heya courtney :) i live in england to! I'd probably say pop down to your local boots and get brands like rimmel on a 3 for 2.. Experiment with drug store brands before you spend all your money on premium make up :)

ELF make really good cosmetics and brushes, you can also try Avon or Oriflame, they have good and not-so-good products. Essence make cool stuff from what I have heard too. Just check out the shops in your city and, before you buy, look for some reviews online so you don't spend money on something that is not worth it. Good luck! :D

Wet and Wild is always great. They have great pigmentation for such cheap products. I'm just unsure whether the brand is in England.

MUA at superdrug have amazingly pigmented eyeshadows, also pick up some elf studio line brushes they are amazing. you can only buy elf on there website.
