Need Help On Makeup Shades

I recently died my hair dark from blonde and I love it but I am really stuck on makeup shades. I have pale skin and green eyes. I use abit of tanning moisturiser but don't know what to use blush or bronze wise and eyeliner colours etc. would be grateful for help :)
