using whitening toothpaste doesn't actually clean your teeth, I've been using baking soda for about a week now and I can all ready see visible results, brush your teeth with normal toothpaste first then again with a lump of baking soda on and again after with normal toothpaste to get rid of the taste do this every other day other wise it will damage the enamel.

2 tablespoons of baking soda, a pinch of salt, and a BIT of water. Just enough to make it into a paste. Brush with it, but only ise it every other week. (it can be hard on your teeth)

If you take a q- tip and dip it in hydrogen peroxide, rub on your teeth, then wait 30 seconds before brushing your teeth will start getting whiter within a few days.

soda will damage your enamel because it is abrasive way of whitening. I wouldn't recomend it to anyone... I'm using Velym toothpaste. It really whitens me teeth and the taste is good. Didn't make my teeth sensitive too and I've been using it for about 2 years or so (sometimes I change it to other paste for month or so but most of the time I use Velym).
