Basically my hair, especially the ends look fairly dry and dead at the moment. I've had the ends cut about two months ago and had a headskin infection that might have caused additional damage to my hair. i do not use any heating on my hair.. i would like to know if any of you have an idea what i could do with my hair to make it look healthy again.. or any haircut recomendations that might take away part of the issue.. i do prefer not to have short hair and my forhead is quite big so not everything looks okay.
this picture was taken this evening (yay nearly no make up).. sorry for bad quality but the problem is pretty visible at my hair!
thanks for any advice in advance!

Try another trim! Oils and serums! Try to go a few days between washing your hair, and use a sulfate free shampoo! Do not over condition, though that can cause more breakage!

another trim would be best, and use Matrix Course Hair Shampoo to make your hair look more "alive"! the results are instant! good luck!

Like everyone said, another trim, about an inch. I discovered this conditioner at the salon I work by redken called 'all soft' and it is amazing for dry hair. I recommend it to all my clients that have dry hair, it's around $16 but it's deff worth it, you feel and see a difference. Other than that use a a bit of hair serum after your hair is dry if you have any :)

My ends are fried so I put a little olive oil on the last like two inches of my hair and braided it and let it soak into my hair for two days, my ends look soooo much better!
